Primary Lines

Kindergarten artists begin this unit by learning about different types of lines. They then use a pencil to draw 10 or more different lines onto a sheet of paper before tracing their lines with black tempera paint.

The following class we learn about the primary colors- red, yellow, and blue. After reviewing painting procedures, Kindergarten artists used the primary colors to carefully paint in between their lines.
